Since 2009 I've coached and managed people and leaders in tech and product organizations spanning from 35 - 5000 people. I relish in the uncomfortable and believe that honest conversations are the foundation of every effective organization.
I've typically held roles as Head of Engineering and Organizational Coach but I'm not too hung up on what the role description says.
My clients and colleagues tend to appreciate me for my no-fuss communication style, my ability to create clarity and my humor
